A Precious Brainstorm

If you were to ask Tyler Perry and Oprah Winfrey why they made  Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire they would probably tell you, “It was a story that had to be told.”  If you watch the movie you quickly realize that it was a story that had to be told – to win Oscars.  The movie won two Oscars for Best Supporting Actress and  Best Adapted Screenplay.  This is the brainstorming session on how this Academy Award-winning movie came to be.
