Stretch Movie Soundtrack

Don’t watch this trailer for Stretch if you have not already seen the movie. I know I posted it, but it really is just for a reference because the trailer does not do the movie justice. It’s from writer/director Joe Carnahan (The A-TeamThe GreySmokin’Aces)  and if you haven’t heard of this movie, it’s because Universal did not know what to do with it. So instead of releasing it theatrically in March 2014, they went the VOD route. Lucky for everyone on this planet, Stretch is now streaming on Netflix.

Unfortunately for fans of the movie Stretch, there is not an actual soundtrack to purchase.  So I’ve done you a solid and built it for you.

The Love Language – Heart to Tell

Hal David and John Cacavas – Bluebird

Giuseppe Verdi – Rigoletto La Dona e mobile

Hustler – Blac Haze

Toxicology – Rock Your Body

Primetime Playerz – Party Life

Mean Jeans – 2 much Cocaine

Damien Jurado – Let Us All In

Most asked question about the movie’s music is what song is being playing during this scene?

So I asked the director

My theory is that the movie’s composer, Ludwig Goransson, incorporated “Sex Dwarf” into the film’s score. I’ve reached out to him and am waiting on a response. In the meantime, be sure to listen to the original song.

Soft Cell – Sex Dwarf
